Services Provided

EHC Services LLC provides residential cleaning services including:

• Standard Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

We proudly serve Dallas, Texas and surrounding cities.

All services are performed by trained employees of EHC Services LLC.

Booking & Payment Terms

Bookings are made via call or text communication.

Payment is due after services are rendered.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Zelle

Card on File:

Clients may choose to save a card on file. Cards are not charged automatically on a recurring schedule, but may be manually charged after service completion.

By booking a service with EHC Services LLC, the client authorizes us to charge the card on file for completed services, approved add-ons, late cancellation fees, or lockout fees in accordance with this agreement.

For certain services, including first-time or deep cleanings, we reserve the right to require a deposit at our discretion.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, a $25 late fee may be applied.

Accounts unpaid after 7 days may result in suspension or cancellation of future services until the balance is paid.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Notice must be provided via call or text.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Lockouts or “cancel-at-door” situations will be charged the full service amount.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is treated as a cancellation.

Skipping a Cleaning

If a scheduled recurring cleaning is skipped, the next cleaning may be charged at a higher rate depending on the time since the previous service.

Examples:
• Weekly service skipped → next visit may be charged at the bi-weekly rate
• Bi-weekly service skipped → next visit may be charged at the monthly rate

Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the home and time required.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return within 24–48 hours to address and correct any concerns at no additional charge.

All services are considered non-refundable once rendered.

Refunds are only issued under extreme or special circumstances and must be approved by management on a case-by-case basis.

Our priority is to correct any issues and ensure customer satisfaction through a re-clean rather than issuing refunds.

Damage or Claims

Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of service completion.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

EHC Services LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improperly secured items
• Fragile or unstable items not disclosed in advance

We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate any reported damage before determining resolution.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If the client is not present during the cleaning, they must provide proper entry instructions (key, lockbox, gate code, etc.).

Clients are responsible for securing pets. If pets are not secured, services will proceed at the owner’s risk.

Clients must inform us of fragile, valuable, or special-care items prior to service.

We are not responsible for homes where entry cannot be gained at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients must secure pets that may interfere with cleaning.
We are not responsible for pets escaping during service if not secured.

Cleaning services require running water and electricity.
If utilities are unavailable when our team arrives, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.

Clients may not hire EHC employees directly. Doing so may result in termination of services.

Products & Equipment

EHC Services LLC provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete the service.

Clients may request that we use specific products; however, those products must be provided by the client.

We are not responsible for the effectiveness, reactions, or results of client-provided cleaning products.

Limitations of Service

EHC Services LLC does not provide the following services unless explicitly agreed in writing:

• Mold remediation
• Biohazard or hazardous waste cleanup
• Heavy lifting
• Exterior window cleaning
• Repair or maintenance services

Additional services requested onsite may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to decline services that present safety risks or fall outside the scope of standard residential cleaning.

Photography

EHC Services LLC may take before-and-after photos of the property for quality control, training, or documentation purposes.

Photos will not be used for marketing or promotional materials without prior consent 

We make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing personal or identifying information in any images used publicly.

Preparation Before Cleaning

To ensure our team can clean efficiently and thoroughly, we ask that clients prepare their homes before our arrival:

• Please declutter kitchen counters, bathroom counters, and other surfaces.
• Please pick up toys, clothes, shoes, and other personal items from floors.
• Ensure rooms are accessible and free of obstacles.

If additional tidying, organizing, dishwashing, or item pickup is required, these tasks may be billed as additional services.

Privacy Policy

EHC Services LLC collects personal information necessary to provide cleaning services and respond to inquiries.

Information we may collect includes:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Service address
• Payment information
• Access instructions (gate codes, entry notes, etc.)

Information is collected through contact forms, quote forms, call tracking, and direct communication.

These tools may collect data such as IP address, browsing behavior, and interaction with our website for marketing and analytics purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers directly on our servers.

Our website and services are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Limitation of Liability

EHC Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

By booking and using our services, the client agrees to these limitations.
